Training is just the first step in building a successful real estate career. We offer weekly training classes, one-on-one accountability coaching, and other online learning opportunities covering topics varying from how to write a contract to lead generation and everything in between! Our ONE.University has over 2,000 audiobooks, ebooks and online courseware. We have a private LMS as well, dedicated to educational how-to’s such as how to present a contract to a buyer and how to do a CMA (just a few examples).
70/30 SPLIT ON FIRST 5 TRANSACTIONS
Your first five closings (buyer or seller) will be on a 70/30 split with the agent receiving 70% of the commission and brokerage receiving 30% of the commission with a monthly fee of $50 (paid on the 1st of each month). Once you finish your 5th closing, you will then decide to go on our 100% plan or 90/10 commission plan.
